Where can you deliver?
We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military destinations, and international addresses are outside our delivery area.
How long does an order take?
Processing takes 1–3 business days. Shipping then takes 3–7 days, measured separately from processing. Carrier or weather disruptions can affect the delivery date. See our Shipping Policy.
What does standard shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $59 or more. Below $59, the standard charge is $6.99.
How do I return an organizer?
Let us know about your return within 30 days after delivery. Keep the product unused, with its original packaging and included parts. Returns go to Morton Conley Logistics Uncle LLC, 2415 E 50th Apt A, Anchorage, AK 99507. How do I choose a bag size?
Measure your longest tool and the space needed by the full kit. Compare that with the product’s listed dimensions, noting whether a measurement is nominal or packaged. Pocket counts describe organization, not a promise that every tool will fit. Ask us if a critical measurement is not listed.
Are the tools in the photographs included?
No. This collection is for storage. Tools and loose hardware shown inside a bag, box, or rack illustrate the layout. The product page lists the storage pieces that come with your purchase.
What should I know before wall mounting?
Identify the wall construction, plan tool clearance, and select anchors or fasteners suited to that surface. Hardware varies by product; check the included-parts list. A photograph of a loaded rack does not establish the capacity of your particular wall installation.
How should I clean tool storage?
Empty the organizer first. Brush out dry debris and use a lightly damp cloth for routine cleaning. Let fabric dry fully before storing tools. Avoid soaking wood, metal, or fabric, and follow any care instructions supplied with the item.
