These terms apply to your use of conleytoolworks.com and purchases from Conley Toolworks, operated by Morton Conley Logistics Uncle LLC. Please read them along with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Using the shop

You must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority in your location to purchase. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep account credentials private. Site access must not be used for fraud, unlawful activity, or interference with other visitors.

Products and information

We sell tool storage and carrying products. Tools or accessories used to demonstrate a storage product are excluded unless the product page specifically lists them as included. Read the dimensions and package contents before choosing. Colors may appear differently across screens, and measurements may vary slightly.

Product descriptions are intended to explain the listed features. They are not a substitute for installation instructions or a guarantee of compatibility with every tool or wall. Use suitable mounting hardware and follow the item’s instructions.

Prices and orders

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown during checkout. Availability and prices may change before an order is submitted. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; we may contact you to resolve an error, an unavailable item, or incomplete details before accepting or fulfilling it.

If an incorrect price or other material error affects an order, we will explain the correction and let you choose whether to proceed or cancel. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, any amount collected for it will be refunded.

Delivery, cancellation, and returns

Delivery is available within the contiguous 48 states under our Shipping Policy. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 3–7 days of shipping. Standard shipping is free for orders of $59 or more; below that amount it costs $6.99. Cancellations depend on whether the order has entered transit.

Eligible return requests can be made within 30 days after delivery. Conditions, return shipping responsibility, inspection, and refunds are explained in the Refund Policy. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Site content and responsibility

Our branding, written content, and site design may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Links to outside resources do not make us responsible for their content or privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of the site or products. No term excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any unenforceable provision will be limited as necessary without affecting the rest of these terms.
