Shipping, Without the Guesswork

Our delivery area covers the 48 contiguous United States. Addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military or international destinations fall outside that area. Although our business address is in Anchorage, delivery service is limited to the contiguous states.

Two stages to your delivery

Order processing takes 1–3 business days. This is the time used to prepare your order before it enters transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping takes 3–7 days after processing. This transit window is separate from the processing period. We use standard parcel delivery and email shipment information when your order is on its way. Weather, carrier disruptions, or an incomplete address can affect the arrival date.

Standard shipping charges

Orders totaling $59 or more receive free standard shipping. Orders below $59 have a $6.99 standard shipping charge. The threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal before tax and after any applicable discounts.

Address checks and order changes

Review the street, apartment number, state, and ZIP code before submitting an order. If a correction is needed, contact us promptly. Once an order is in transit, an address change may no longer be possible.

If a shipment needs attention

If tracking stops moving, a parcel arrives damaged, or the delivery appears incorrect, email us with your order number and the available details. Photos of shipping damage and the packaging can help us understand the issue. If we cannot ship within the stated processing window, we will contact you with an updated date and the option to cancel for a refund.
